Old Tjikko
At 9,500+ years old the Old Tjikko tree has definitely seen more than changing seasons although it shows no signs of wears and tears. The tree has survived thousands of years because it regenerates its branches, roots, and trucks when they die, a process known as layering. It is a Norway Spruce tree located on the Fulufjallet Mountain in Sweden.

Hyperion is a coast redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) in California that is considered the world's tallest known living tree, measuring 115.92 m (380.3 ft).

The Lone Cypress
The Lone Cypress is a Monterey cypress tree located in Pebble Beach, California. Standing atop a granite headland overlooking Carmel Bay, the tree has become a Western icon and has been called one of the most photographed trees in North America.
Tree of Ténéré
The Tree of Ténéré was the last of a group of trees that grew when the desert was less parched than it is today. The tree had stood alone for decades. During the winter of 1938–1939 a well was dug near the tree and it was found that the roots of the tree reached the water table 33–36 meters (108 to 118 feet) below the surface.
The Tree of Ténéré was knocked down by a truck driver in 1973. On November 8, 1973, the dead tree was moved to the Niger National Museum in the capital Niamey.
